Uzui Tengen is one of the last living descendants of the last line of ninja, and as such has undergone a lifetime of daily physical and mental training. This ninja life wasn’t for him, so he decided to leave his ninja family and join the Demon Slayers army.
Despite his dark past, he decided to live a life of pleasure, flamboyance and service to others, thanks to his great strength and kindness. At first glance, he comes across as self-important and pretentious, but our protagonists soon realize his worth. He was even humble enough to declare on several occasions that he had no special talent compared to the other pillars who were geniuses.
