Luxanna Crownguard is from Demacia, an island kingdom where magical powers are viewed with fear and suspicion. Able to control light at will, she grew up in fear of being discovered and exiled, and was forced to keep her power a secret in order to maintain her family’s noble status. However, Lux’s optimism and resilience led her to embrace her unique talents, and she now seeks to bring more tolerance and understanding to her homeland.
Lux has an energetic and optimistic disposition, happy and full of humor all the time. However, in more serious situations, Lux’s facade falls, and she reveals herself to be tense and worried about her magic and being discovered. She wishes for mages to be accepted in Demacia and opposes the pursuit of the Mageseekers against them just because of their powers, sympathizing with Sylas for being unjustly imprisoned.
