Saitama is the main protagonist of One Punch-Man and the most powerful character in the story. He is a superhero who has joined the Hero Association and is currently ranked class A under the nickname Bald Caped (Hagemanto). Genos is his disciple and roommate.
The strength of Saitama has no known limits. Even against a powerful Dragon-level threat, Saitama can destroy it with a single blow, as proven against Mutant, who had an immensely superior power level compared to Bakuzan. Very few enemies like Boros have survived a single basic attack and continued to fight.
The first time someone was finally able to compete with him when he truly used his strength was Awake Garoh, who achieved this feat by becoming cosmic and copying Saitama himself.
This power comes with a downside, as it makes his life incredibly boring. While he achieved his dream of becoming a superhero capable of defeating all villains in one punch, his life is now devoid of excitement, and he remains as expressionless as possible. Now, his goal is to find someone capable of rivaling his unimaginable strength.
