Himiko Toga is a Villain who is part of the League of Villains and the Genesis Squad. She joined the criminal organization, inspired by Stain, and dreams of a world where she is free to do as she pleases.
After the Renewal Celebration, the League of Villains and the Army of Liberation of superpowers merge to form the Paranormal Liberation Front, and she becomes one of the 9 Officers.
Himiko is a master of disguise, infiltration, and stealth, as well as a very talented fighter; she is fully capable of gaining the upper hand over professional heroes in close combat.
Himiko’s Quirk, Transform, allows her to take on the physical appearance of another individual by ingesting their blood, including their voice. She can also copy and change their clothes. In addition to this, by holding her breath and clearing her mind, Himiko can erase her presence and disappear from her enemies’ sight.
