Nezuko Kamado can transform into an “out of control” state, which appears as red and green leaves flowing over her body, her veins popping out, and a horn sticking out of the right side of her forehead. This form increases Nezuko’s ability to fight, at the cost that she has to become more demonic, including the need to feed on human blood. For now, the only way to make her return to her normal form is to have someone (in her case, Tanjiro) sing to her. During the duel against Hantengu, Nezuko manages to control this form to her will.

After being transformed into a demon, Nezuko was able to quickly change her body size. She is able to grow to the size of a small child in order to fit into a small box or basket to hide from the sun when she travels with Tanjiro and can also grow larger in order to fight demons.
