Ryuk is particularly curious and hates being bored, which often leads him to visit humans and drop his Death Note to find some entertainment. He is also a fairly insightful and very mischievous God of Death. Ryuk is a very tall God of Death with oversized limbs compared to his body. His shoulders are covered with black feathers under which his wings are hidden, also black like ebony. He wears an earring with a heart at the end, on his left ear. His head is the only white part of his body, and he has slightly bulging red eyes. A pouch at his waist allows him to carry his Death Note.
